Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Elliot O'Brien | founder of Pillar & Pace.
I launched Pillar & Pace in November 2022, starting very small but with a clear goal: to build a trusted name in product sourcing and procurement support.
​In the beginning, I balanced growing the business while working full-time alongside my dad at his shutter installation company.
I spent my spare time reaching out to local brick-and-mortar stores, offering procurement solutions and building genuine relationships that laid the foundation for future growth.
Over time, those small efforts started to pay off. I focused on creating real value and consistent service, and gradually, the business began to grow.
Now, Pillar & Pace is at an exciting point no longer just an idea, but a brand ready to scale. We’re expanding our network, supporting more brands, and helping businesses access the products and partnerships they need to thrive.

A Note from Me
I didn’t come from a big corporate background, I started Pillar & Pace with a simple idea and a lot of drive. I learned a lot about sales while working alongside my dad, watching him grow his business from a young age and helping him out in the early days. Seeing the pride he took in his work and the relationships he built inspired me to create something of my own.
I’ve always believed that real connections matter more than flashy tactics. I’d rather focus on quality and long-term value than quick wins or short-lived hype. Whether it’s sourcing the right product or understanding a brand’s goals, I take pride in doing things properly with care, consistency, and integrity.
